Pet Policy
We are pet-friendly! 2 pets per home max, $39 monthly pet rent, $350 pet deposit, $150 pet fee.
PET RESTRICTIONS (included but not limited to):
Breeds of Dogs: Pit Bull Terrier (Staffordshire), Rottweiler German Shepherds, Doberman Pinscher, Chowchow, as well as any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the above breeds
Poisonous Pets: Tarantulas, Piranhas
Exotic Pets: Reptiles (Snakes, Iguanas), Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (Parrots, Cockatiels, Macaws)
